My name is Robert Wilson and we have closed on lot 409 in Brandon Hall. I wanted to tell you about how well my wife and I during the whole building process. I am sure just like any other business, you rarely hear about people who are pleased with your product as opposed to those who want to complain. Our thanks go out to the following in no particular order: Joanne and Michelle—they were patient with us and made sure we were updated with the weekly building schedule. Joanne never felt uncomfortable. Scott B explained what lot would work best for us and coached me through each phase of the building process. He knows his stuff! Mike really has the knack for dealing with people, let me tell you, I am very picky and he made me feel very confident with the final product. I never felt rushed. It is very difficult to find good employees however your crew over at Brandon Hall has made this a great place to call home. We will refer Sharp Residential to people in the future. Keep up the great work and take time to thank them for a job well done.

Dear Mr Sharp,
Thank you for growing a company that is customer oriented and hiring great employees. We purchased a home in Olde Heritage in Woodstock. Our experience has been nothing but positive. We never felt “lost in the process” or that our requests were ignored.
We would be remiss not to tell you about our experiences with Michael Barsky and Mike Tate. Michael Barsky was the reason we chose Olde Heritage. After listening to our desires, he chose our plot of land, and then found us the house that would fit our family’s needs, in our price range. He knew we were all about the kitchen and directed us to the Potomac. After seeing the other plans, he really did get it right. Then during the entire process, Michael never missed a call to update us on the stages of the building, and was straight-forward about everything. He returned all of our calls promptly and answered all questions. When our mortgage was not completed by the contracted and agreed upon date, Michael was there to empathize with us. He was always professional and could read us well.
Mike Tate did an excellent job building our home. They were on every detail. They continue to come around to make sure everything is going well and that we are satisfied. We cannot thank him enough for their professionalism and the care he showed our home.
We were impressed with your Area Manager, Matt Holland and Customer Service Representative as well. Both stopped by to ensure everything was right with our home.
Mr. Sharp, thank you for hiring competent, experience and professional employees. We also want to thank you for the gift certificate to Longhorn Steakhouse. That was appreciated but not necessary. You sell a great product and superior customer service. We will be sure to spread the word about Sharp Residential.

On behalf of my wife, Jen and I wanted to take a moment to commend a few of your employees representing the Liberty park community. We recently purchased a townhome there and although it’s only been about two weeks since we moved in, we’re enjoying every minute of “new” home ownership.
Our great experience with Liberty Park began this past March, when we first toured the community with Warren Spahn. He did an outstanding job answering all of our phone calls and questions – and there were many. Almost immediately after viewing some of the homes and speaking with a number of residents there, we knew we wanted Liberty Park to be our next home. In fact, we returned the very next day to sign a purchase contract.
Darrell Napier did an excellent job staying in touch with us throughout the build. I had misplaced his phone number at one point; however, I wasn’t all that worried because I knew he’d likely be calling to check in with us. Sure enough, we had a message from Darrell when I returned home from work that evening. Like Warren , he was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with.
Finally, I also wanted to let you know that Geoff Duncan and his crew could not have a done a better job getting our house ready. Our real estate agent, who was with us during the final walk-through, commented that it was one of the easiest ones she’s ever been on.
Again, we’re thrilled with our new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Liberty Park to anyone. Best of luck and congratulations on having such a great team of people.
