The company has a specific path for each purchaser's participation with the building team. At a pre-start conference, they review their custom plans. Then at a design conference, they select the interior and exterior finishes. A pre-sheetrock walk-through verifies the options and answers any questions. Finally a new home orientation and pre-settlement inspection before closing finishes the process.
